i wake up early some mornings to the pitter-patter of little footsteps. i roll over and gently caress my wife's naked shoulder and whisper in her ear that we need to buy more mouse traps.

Salvador Dali
This past Sunday (February 14, 2010) Janice, Catie and I went to see an exhibition of Salvador Dali's illustrations of Dante's Divine Comedy at the Fayetteville Musuem of Art. If you like Dali, it was a cool exhibit. I have been a fan of Dali ever since I saw the animation that he did in collaboration with Walt Disney entitled "Destino," which you can see here:

(for as long as the link is good. I had to really search to find it. Apparently when it is posted somewhere, it is taken down soon afterward. There are a lot of broken links to various sites that purport to have it. If the link above is broken by the time you get to it, do a search engine search. You should be able to find clips at least, but the entire film is definitely worth watching -- all 6 minutes or so of it. I have seen no one post negative comments about it on the sites I have visited.
